Frequently Asked Questions
ANSWERS TO WHAT BUYERS USUALLY ASK FIRST
Three reasons. We assign linguists by domain expertise on every project, not by who has capacity. Project managers stay with you across engagements, so context, glossaries and brand voice carry forward. And we never silently downgrade quality to hit a date — we tell you upfront if a deadline is unrealistic. The result is translation that holds up to your internal subject-matter review, which is where most localization fails.
We use AI-assisted translation and machine translation post-editing where it makes the work better or faster and only when the client approves it in writing. For regulated content (medical, legal, financial filings), our default is human-first translation. We are transparent on every project about what is human and what is machine, so your team knows exactly what is being delivered.
Three sets of eyes minimum on every project: translation, independent edit, independent proofread. For regulated content, we add a domain subject-matter expert pass. Terminology is locked in a project glossary at start and enforced through the TMS. For UI, marketing and packaging, we run in-context QA inside your actual build or proof so we catch issues that pure text review misses.
